This is what I like to see in major cities such as Cleveland: http://www.good.is/post/cleveland-yes-cleveland-is-going-green. There is no reason for Rochester not to follow suite. Rochester has the technology and the know-how. Just have to get out of the conservative strong hold and progress into a Greener future.
